Our process-oriented organisation has been recognized as exemplary, our production as extremely efficient and flexible.

Within the scope of continuous process improvement, we are aware on the one hand of the importance of operative quality assurance: for example, if a problem arises, we initiate top-level projects to analyse and solve the problem long-term. On the other hand, we have implemented a flat hierarchy throughout the company with clear responsibilities and short decision-making paths. Improvements are an ongoing process because doing nothing is the same as taking a step backwards.
