Ground meat or tartar should always look appetizing and fresh. Due to the gentle mincing action of the Bizerba mincers, the meat is cut and not squeezed, it does not get very warm, does not stick resulting in a light and fluffy product. Due to the increased circulation of oxygen the product keeps fresh for a longer period of time and retains its natural color.
