The material for Bizerba Ceraclean was developed for the coating of objects made of metal requiring high resistance to abrasion and chemicals. Good non-stick and gliding properties speak well for using Ceraclean in food service: fatigue-free slicing and no sticking of product. Bizerba Ceraclean can be used with food (conform with FDA standard) and can be antibacterially protected. Ceraclean meets NSF specifications.
