The Bizerba LCE line converger optimises package handling in material flow systems. By taking multi-lanes (1 to 6 lanes) of packed products and converging them into a single line, it enables the reliable and controlled transport of goods from packaging machines to price labellers (Bizerba GLM-I and GLM-E) and checkweighers (Bizerba CWE). Channeling one to six lanes

The desired number of lanes along the 650 mm, patented starter belt is freely selectable, and the individual lanes can be switched in any sequence and at independent start intervals – each at speeds of between 6 - 60 m/minute.

Integrated in a highly efficient process

Thanks to the specially shaped teflon coated alignment rails, the converger belt demonstrates excellent results for flat packages. It can be set continuously from 10 - 80 m/minute for each individual PLU.

Combining the best of both form and function:

A touch-screen display with easy-to-understand icons enables intuitive pack format set up and configuration.

Switching time or speed changes are updated and immediately ready for the next cycle.

The microcontroller can store up to 200 PLUs, which can be either activated manually at the touch-screen display or automatically at the labelling line or the checkweigher during a product change.

And to control device features (motor control, error analyses, etc.), relevant data can be accessed at service level.
