The Bizerba EC II scales offer a multitude of applications. Whether in smaller
food stores, in pastry shops, patisseries, bakeries or in sales vans, market
stalls, restaurant kitchens and cafeterias. Even as checkweighers in fruit and
vegetable departments they are impressive all round: technologically,
economically, ergonomically. They need very little space on the counter and,
with the help of some additional equipment, can be operated at farmers
markets, independently of the electricity network: Up to 250 hours with
batteries or a max. of 120 hours with a battery pack which is automatically
recharged during network operation.
